♦ Rules for Earning Spins

When a Commander purchases one of the following designated gift packs via the Official Website Shop, they will receive the corresponding number of Lucky Wheel spins:

*Note:

• Commanders must select the correct event Ruby Pack in order to receive the corresponding number of spins.
• If you participate in the lucky wheel while the game is not running, the reward notification will not pop up upon login, but the rewards will still be credited to your account as normal.
• Once a Commander successfully purchases a pack from the official website shop, the Lucky Wheel will appear directly on the web page. If the system does not correctly add the spin count, please click the "Refresh" icon (two circular arrows) to refresh the spin count.
• Each draw's "probability" is an independent event. For example: if the probability of obtaining a specific item is 1%, then each draw has a 1% chance of obtaining that specific item — it does not mean the item is guaranteed after 100 draws. The number of draws is not a condition that guarantees obtaining that specific item.

(For example: if a coin toss has a 50% chance for heads and tails each, it does not mean that tossing it 10 times will result in 5 heads and 5 tails)

* Important Notes

• This event only counts purchases made by Commanders who access and purchase the designated packs via the Official Website Shop; it does not include other packs or in-game top-ups.
• If a transaction is successful but the spin count is not received, please contact our Customer Support team through the in-game support feature. Our support staff will restore the corresponding number of spins based on the transaction record.
• Prizes won will be delivered directly to the corresponding Commander's character in-game.
• Exploiting any program bugs to cheat, or using third-party software to interfere with the game, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation of the above will have their event eligibility and rewards revoked by the game administrator.
• The game operator reserves final decision-making authority.
